You are only permitted in the field if you are picking. To ensure a enjoyable experience for all guests, personal bags and outside containers are not permitted in the U-Pick fields. Thank you for your understanding.
Picking Containers
Buy containers in-person only. Can purchase larger container size, as long as the minimum is met for everyone ages 2+.
Check before you come! The U-Pick season is very sensitive to weather changes, so always check our Facebook or visit the homepage of our website for updates.

Guide to Picking Milburn's Chin-Dribblin' Peaches
1. Proper Background Color
- The background color is the color of the peach on the backside, or the side that gets the least sun.
- The background color should be a deep yellow.
- The red, or “blush,” color found on the peach is not an indicator for ripeness.
2. Peach Firmness
- A tree ripe peach includes peaches that vary from firm to exceptionally soft.
- Firm peaches will keep longer, softer peaches will need used sooner.
- To soften a firm peach, leave the peach at room temperature.
3. How to Pick the Peach
- Gently grasp the peach and carefully twist and pull.
- A ripe peach should separate without much effort.
- Avoid peach contact with the branch, this may damage the peach.
4. Handling & Usage
- Peaches are delicate so handle them with care.
- Do not drop the box or roughly handle the box or peaches.
- Do not squeeze the peaches, this will bruise the peach.
- To assess firmness gently cradle the peach in your palm.
- Place more firm peaches on the bottom and place the softer peaches towards the top.
- Pick softer peaches for immediate consumption, some firmer peaches that can store well for delayed use.
