Donation/Discount Requests
Donations given by Milburn Orchards will only be considered if submitted via this form and per all other policy terms. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
All Donation Requests MUST:
- Be received via this form
- Include contact name & phone number, organization/cause name
- Be received 10 days prior to the date of pick up
- Be considered a one-time donation, as previous donations do not guarantee future donations
* We rarely donate goods including but not limited to donuts, cider, fruit, pumpkins, gourds, straw/hay/corn stalks. Our crops alone cannot keep up with customer demands. We will sometimes consider offering a discount.
* Due to the large volume of donation requests it is impossible to fulfill them all. Presentation of this form does not constitute approval of a donation request. If we are unable to donate, you may be offered discounted pricing. This option is at the owners’ discretion only.
If approved, an associate will contact you via email to discuss options and availability. Please do not call to inquire about the status of your donation request as the owners are unable to address donation requests during regular business hours. All donation requests and/or questions will be addressed via email only.
Milburn's FUNdraiser Opportunities
As members of the community for more than 100 years, the extended Milburn family welcomes the opportunity to participate in the activities and events that make our world better. Our goal is to create long lasting neighborhood partnerships with the hope of nurturing and maintaining a better community.
If you have a non-profit group looking for a new and fun way to raise funds, we have a few different ideas that are EASY AS PIE and may be of interest to you. For example, your group may be interested in pre-selling Milburn products, such as our famous Apple Cider Donuts.
You might also consider holding your next “fun-raiser” at Milburn Orchards, bring out the gang, and we’ll provide a percentage of the gate proceeds to build your organization’s treasury.

| BIG BackYard % Gate Admission Flyer Fundraiser | Available during our Easter Egg Hunts or Fall Festival Weekends. Copy and distribute a flyer we design just for you! All flyers turned into the admission gate during these events will earn your organization 15% of sales generated by the flyer! Success depends on your distribution, so spread the word, email it out too! (cannot distribute at Milburn's the day of your event) | See Fall Festival & Easter Egg Hunt admission fee schedule | Free!
